Feder is reporting today that the management at WSCR-AM “The Score” are meeting with CBS brass to determine what to do with mornings at the sports talker. Mike North has been at the helm of morning drive for over 3 years now, and his ratings continue to disappoint.

One scenario has Steve Dahl leaving WCKG-FM to take over a shift on WSCR, which, among other things, would mean WCKG would most likely be flipping formats.

Consider this scenario … The Score moves afternoon duo Boers and Bernstein to mornings, followed by Mike Mulligan & Brian Hanley until 12pm. Then, Mike North takes over the 12-3pm shift, followed by Steve Dahl 3-7pm. At 7pm, Mike Murphy closes out the day.

Then, with Dahl off WCKG, that station is free to flip to … Spanish sports talk.
