Veteran newsman Mitch Allen will be handling the overnight news duties on WLS. Allen comes to WLS from WPBG in Peoria. His previous gigs included Virginia Beach, Pittsburgh, and Nashville. Allen will be assigned to WLS through Metro/Shadow.
