Tamron Hall Heads to MSNBC

May 18 2007 3,762 views 3 Comments

After 10 years at WFLD’s Ch. 32, anchor Tamron Hall will be exiting the station to take a job as an anchor on MSNBC. Hall follows a familiar path, as WBBM Ch. 2′s Lester Holt made the same move in 2000 when he jumped to MSNBC. Holt now appears on NBC’s weekend edition of “Today”.

Hall became the subject of much … ummm … scrutiny last fall, when it was reported that she had undergone cosmetic breast enhancement surgery. Apparently, she understood the value of such a procedure, as she now heads to her new gig with MSNBC.

I’d like for Tamron to stop referring to black people as “minorities.” That word has a negative connotation to it and I hear whites using the word to mean “not as good as whites.” That is demeanaing. So, Tamron, please stop it!@!!!!
