He is the most extremely appealing personality EVER. I didn't even think about his Latinness. I cannot believe WBBM didn't consider him a priceless treasure. He was the reason I tuned into the news in the evening. I am thrilled to see that some others are now being blamed for the downfall of WBBM CBS 2's ratings . I have been watching him for years when he first came on the evening news with Linda Mclellan. I thought that he and Diann Burns made a good team. I like Rob very much but he certainly isn't any better than Antonia was with reporting the news. Shame on CBS2 Chicago. You must take lessons from CBS in New York that hired Kati Curic instead of the tried and true John Roberts that certainly deserved to take Dan Rather's place!!!!!!!! He was the only reason I watched the local evening news. No more. He should have been given the network news at 5:30p Local time instead of Katie Couric in the first place.
