Dr. Jeremy Levitt has a long and impressive résumé. He’s associate dean and professor of international law at Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando and a law professor at Florida International University College of Law in Miami. He’s written a book. He’s traveled to 27 African countries.

But perhaps the most important credential on his résumé — brother-in-law of WVON’s President & General Manager, Melody Spann-Cooper.

Levitt, dubbed the “Blue Collar Scholar” takes over as morning host at WVON-AM 1690. He succeeds Roland Martin, who left WVON to join Tom Joyner’s syndicated show.
