Just a month into his tenure as the new general manager of WLS-AM, Mike Damsky and new operations manager Drew Hayes have already begun to make significant changes to the station. Pre-season NFL football is a lot like summer camp. It’s a complete departure from real life. Nothing can go wrong. Everything looks wonderful. Even the third-string quarterback looks like a superstar.
